Unauthorised debit order from my account, THEFT from my account!!!!!!!!!

This is my 4th complaint about the same matter. I am still waiting for the refund

A debit order amount was done from ABSA that is unauthorized and the credit amount should have fixed this. The credit was paid into a Standard bank account that is not even mine. Completely different form my debit order bank and account. How is this possible. It raises RED lights on my side. Who authorized this payment to another bank and another unknown account? I have send several emails, done complaints but the people at ABSA do not care and there is no customer care. Worse bank ever.
