Unauthorised debit Order from Absa

I received an Sms on the 12th of December from ValueAddedRewards which is claiming that they will do a debit on the 16th of December. I went to ABSA (Landros Mare Street Polokwane) the same day. Irene assisted me and assured me that the debit order was blocked and it won't go through.

on the 16th of December the debit went through (R109. 00). I went back and the same Irene assisted me she again assured me that it was blocked.

Today 22 December the very same people deducted money again now it has gone up (R125.60)
