Unauthorised Debit Order

I have taken out a loan with ABSA, and unfortunatly due to unforseen circumstances and change of jobs, I had to make alternative arrangements to pay off my loan. Absa however deducted more than R20000 from my account which I am not able to reverse, after I have been dealing with the attorneys and made arrangements with them. I want that money to reflect in my account today as I have already phoned on Tuesday, and to date still no one has called me back.

You have handed my account over tot he attorneys, thus you do not have the right to collect from my account.
