Unauthorised Debit Order - Busbur

My ABSA account also had an unauthorised debit order go off, with a reference to "Synergy". (Please note this is also the 2nd time that this has happened. There was another *****ulent debit order a few months ago that I reported as ***** in person at the Menlyn Maine branch. I never received any follow up on this either). After a bit of run around phoning and trying to report *****, I was told that I can only completely stop this debit order by contacting the company that initiated it. So I phoned the number that was given to me, and it seems to belong to Access Bank. They told me that the debit order reference "Synergy" belongs to a client of theirs called Busbur, and the CEO/Director is a Barend du Toit. But Access Bank also can't completely stop this debit order, I must phone the client to find out what's going on. I received 3 phone numbers from "Access Bank" (I am starting to doubt that even this was a verified number and company). I phone all 3 numbers; 1 disconnects immediately, the next one rings and rings and rings before finally going to a voice mail service, and the final phone tells me it's been disconnected. So I google Busbur. I manage to find just one website that even knows what Busbur is, and only after searching for 'busbur pty limited'. This website says it's address is 11 FICK STREET, POTCHEFSTROOM, Gauteng, 2531. I search for this on google maps, and there is no company called Busbur located at this address.

My only conclusion is that this company and person are **** and trying to ***** money from my account. But 2 banks tell me they can't stop this from happening? Somehow this **** artist is able to create debit orders against my account without my authorisation, and myself and ABSA are apparently powerless to stop this?! You need to step up your game ABSA, especially your ***** and security.
