Unauthorised debit order

With ABSA festive campaign for early debit orders deduction ABSA violated Section 124 of NCA, meaning that ABSA is now in breach of contract for most of the vehicle finance. Two complaints logged CEO customer Care C-***1 (Lizette Schulte) and C-***5 (Refiwe MoKoena). Decided to mail Arrie Rautenbach directly, let’s see the CEO response. ABSA is trying not to take responsibility but rather blame this a technical error.
