Unauthorised debit order approved by absa bank

Absa has charged me debit order of R149. 99 for TTMS PLATINUM. Whom i neither know nor authorised them. Worst part is absa is aware of such complaints for this TTMS PLATINUM but still approving debit orders. And they asking me to visit branch for reversal when i phoned them, Who got that time to fix **** done by you, Its harassment.
