unauthorised debit order

February month this year my debit orders went off as per normal. Except for one which was a debit I dont know about. My concern was that anybody could have access to my account. I then went to the branch and spoke to a client service agent she then gave me the debit order details and informed me that their call centre will be calling me to assist. They called gave them all my details and to date they have not given me any feedback. I'm dissapointed that I have received no feedback. I went to N1 city branch in April month and the client service agent send a e-mail to find out who the debit was. Which is still dissapointing as I have already been waiting 2month on my money to be returned.
