unauthorised debit order

Good day, Funds R11 752.53 were debited from my account without my knowledge and authorisation. The money that was taken from my account is for my rent and hospital bills. I need the funds refunded in my account.

I am even considering switching to another account bank as this is totally unacceptable, as much as one has outstanding payments on their accounts that does not give the bank to do as they please with our accounts
