Unauthorised debit order
<p>There is a debit order of R99 that goes through my account and i do not have any knowledge of that debit order,it went on the 25th January and the 30th January 2017 however i am not using that account to put money.When i phoned the bank they gave me a certain number ********** 750 of which there is no one answering the phone. Now i am incurring costs for the unpaid debit order which i do not know and i guess i am not the only person complaining about this company that debits our accounts.</p>

29 Nov 2017, 08:06I have complained about this company in February now they started debiting my account again,so i do not know if our banks are taking this matters serious. Since i waited for a response from February but i did not get any. Was the investigation done or it was just to disguise me.
