unauthorised debit order

Last night my account was debited twice, first it was Oversure which took R69, the second was Straton VH which took R126.69. I tried to reverse them online but i couldn't, called ABSA and i was told that it can't be done online because it's naedoo tracking. had to take time off work to go to the branch to reverse. Few hours after reversing the very same debit orders went off my account again. I have called ABSA they tell me to go to the branch again. I don't understand why ABSA can't block these people. I have googled about these people and lots of people are complaining about them but ABSA is doing anything about this. Am so ****ed right now, i am gonna close the stupid account and move my money to another bank.
