Unauthorised debit order

I have been without a job for a few months now, my mother in law send me R2000 to buy my daughter food and nappies... I wake up to R420 being debited off my account by a company called Naedo... how can absa allow this? Now i have to go into the bank to reverse the debit order, because the internet banking doesn't pick it up as a debit order... this is so inconvenient... and I guarantee I will have to wait up to 24 hours if not more for the money to be returned.
