Unauthorised debit order

I had an unauthorized debit order this morning (15/12/2017) REFERENCE AS IT APPEARS ON MY STATEMENT: NAEDO TRACKED DO SHAPRIT /SHAP011379, R-98.00, I cant afford to go to an Absa branch everytime some dubious company decides to sneek into my bank account, and the unfortunate part for me is that i can't reverse it on my online banking as it does not appear. Can you kindly look into this and reverse it. I thought this would not happen again but alas some people keep sneaking into my bank account.
