Unauthorised Debit Order

On the 31st October 2017, R129.99 NAEDO TRACKED GRAVITYLEI was debited from my account. I did not authorise this debit order and don't know these people. What I want to know is how did Absa process this debit order without my permission? because I now have to go to the branch and reverse it.

Dear Customer

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Absa does not process any debit order unless it is for an internal account which and also does not give information out to third parties. You may log into internet and reverse the debit order.
