Unauthorised debit order

Ive got an account with absa fir a long time, they allow companies to debit our accounts with debicheck ! My problem is you cancel my debit order aco tract with in particular with tracker ! Now they send a debicheck to debit my account! I firstly disputed it and nie tracker debited my account with a different amount! Absa says to me I should sort it out with a company to refund me as they cannot reverse the amount twice!! This means even if you cancell a contract with a company y they can take your money as long as they want!because absa can’t help you! But then why let companies do what they want with our money which is under your care! Our hard earned money can be taken by companies even if they have no authority! So absa doesn’t want to reverse the debit order! They say I must go to the company to refund me! This is my money no one has a right to take it without authority! Where did did you see a company refunding people!a pensioner has to fight for what is rightfully her with big companies like Tracker!!
