unauthorised debit order

I have been very patient and nice to the bank, this morning I called your call centre and was told I might wait up to 3 days for my refund, I want my money TODAY, I want to bring something under your ****ing attention, I phoned you to make arrangements to pay my loans because I knew for 2 months I won't be able to pay my debt, I was on maternity leave for God' sake ,I've paid that account for 36 months not one Installment defaulted and then you go into my account like I'm a non payer, you the bank is the reason why people don't pay their debt and have **** credit records, over my dead body will you mess up mine, lastly take that damn tracking off my account because if this happens again I will seize all payments and you will get nothing, I want my money Today
