Unauthorised debit on credit

I used my ABSA credit card to make an online payment this morning to championchip. When trying to pay i got an error message that the payment has been rejected by my bank (ABSA). I then get 2 sms confiming payment (double debited) to my amazement. I then called ABSA to please reverse those payments as the transaction did not go through with championchip. The lasy on the line said there is nothing they can do about it and i must call championship and sort it out with them. I then called championchip about this and they said i must sort it out with my bank. *** is one suppose to do to get his money back?
