unauthorised debit oders

Almost every month unauthorised debit orders come off my account, almost every month i must go into bank and reverse them, at MY COST, ABSA is *****ing my money. I want somebody to inform me who gives ABSA the right to unauthorise these ******** debit orders!!!! dont phone me and after one ring put the phone down and then say I did not respond and then ignore my request. Email me!!! i want it it writing!!! want all my money back!!
