Unauthorised debit in my account

unauthorised debit on my account.

Today Absa has debited my account with an amount of R4077.00 from a company called RCSS BJ journal debit without my authorisation to pay my credit card.Worse I called the bank and send an email to make payment arrangements to my account.That has not been taken into consideration however they decided to do as they please with my money.Thos is totally unacceptable and lawfully to do so.
