Unauthorised debit from Absa account by RCCS BOS J

I have had an unauthorised debit come off my account. It was for an amount of R1371.91 from RCCS BOS J (called "journal debit"). What is this? Can this be reversed? I need that amount back in my account now. I see many complaints about similar debits being taken off accounts, also from RCCS BOS J. Please help?
