Unauthorised debit

I made an arrangement for a payment to go down on the 6th of each month but they seem to neglect that and debit my account whenever they deem fit to do so. Leaving me cash strapped. I think absa is one of the most *********** organizations in South Africa. There is no use in making arrangements with them as they do not keep to these arrangements. I will be closing ALL my accounts in the morning. And I most definitely will be advising anyone who has ears to do the same...crazy bank charges and no service... Not honoring agreements with no regard for the effects on their customers. I've never been so upset with anyone. I hope your business goes the same way as your service... Down the toilet
