Unauthorised credit enquiry

My credit score is in good standing but Homechoice keeps doing credit enquiries on my name this affecting my credit score badly. I have called numerous times to have this removed. I am very unhappy cause I don't buy on credit anywhere especially Homechoice. I buy cash from them. Why am I being inconvenienced like this. I will have to make a case with the ombudsman cause this is a recurring issue. I am very unhappy with this
