UNAUTHORISED CHARGES STILL NOT REVERSED

I am hoping someone can URGENTLY assist. On the 18th May 2020, Google ADS took an unauthorized amount of R 2, 000.00 from my cheque account ending 1086, I disputed it with Google Ads of which they on the 22nd May 2020 confirmed that I need to go to the bank to charge it back to my account. which I duly did and was given a reference number / case number C-***9 and I still have not received a confirmation of my funds that have been charged back to my account. It seems every institution is quick to charge and deduct funds without the proper authorization and when it gets disputed, then weeks go on end to get our funds reversed and returned to me. URGENT attention and resolution to this matter will be greatly appreciated
