Unauthorised charges on homeloan account
<p>I receive my homeloan statement in the post and as such it gets to me about 2 months late every month. While checking my November statement I came accross a charge for R1128 for legal charges. My payments are up to date, and I have not been made aware of any legal matters relating to the account. No one seems to be able to tell me what the charges relate to. Sure if there are legal charges I am protected as a consumer and should be advised of the charges and an explanation given as to why they are there.</p>
