Unauthorised admin fees
After waiting 22 days to have the Private Banking fee refunded (note I cancelled my Private Banking Service back in December - don't know why they still take my money) you just decided to take R301.45 as an admin fee on a package that never costs more than R50 a month. Please give it back.
