unathourised limit decrease

i have a son who deadly sick in a public hospital because of Absa bank. i have a credit card with a limit of R41600 which was decrease without my knowledge and not even a single communication. my card is up to date with no arrears. my son had to be rushed to a hospital and only to be shattered with news that my credit card has no funds. in the state of panic i had to rushed him to Baragwana which we all know the service. should something happen to my son at Baragwanath i will hold Absa accountable. yes i had problems with financially because the past 4 months i had both mother & father inlaw passed on and i did call Absa credit card and alerted them of what was happening and i will rectify my account once the policies pay and in which i did. I'm puzzled with such treatment because the bank has left me and my family stranded. i was once an Absa Staff member I'm shocked with such treatment. i want the limit reinstated immediately. I'm willing to go to the media and legally to fight this.
