Unathorized debit orders of Absa taking advantage of the pensioners

I am writing this on behalf of my mother a pensioner who is a client of ABSA bank, Mrs M. E SEBELEMETJA , she is a victim of this absa bank ****s were absa bank is allowing ******** to take money out of our accounts because they want to claim reversal money, well it is very said for mom who is a pensioner and can not read, this people have been taking money and i just realised this now when i checked her phone, i can only see the unauthorized debit orders of R149. 00from 28 february 2019, 01 march 2019 and 01 april 2019 God knows how long has been this people taking money from my mom, she is getting as little money as pensioner and yet ABSA bank is taking advantage of that money, can absa bank reverse all this transaction as my mom doesn't even have a single debit order on her account! She is a pensioner for heaven sake,she is staying in rural areas and she cant afford to go to town every month to reverse this transaction and also she wont even know if money is being taking out of her account since she cant even read /write.. So my concern is, is ABSA taking advantage of the pensioners???

I am so disgusted of absa since even myself i have been a victim of this ****s, when is this going to stop.. I mean now you are taking advantage of the poor.. Like reall!!! I will write details of my mom as a reference and should someone need to call her make sure that you can speak Sepedi and also give my mom time to get someone to assist her in checking for the details you might need!
