Unagreed Extra Fees being charged monthly

I was at ABSA Baywest Mall roughly August/September 2023 when the lady that assisted me noticed I was using a savings account. Looking at my account activity, she noticed a lot charges amounting to over R600 on a monthly basis. She then advised to convert it to a premium cheque account and make it a bundled package with my existing credit card. She mentioned that I will only pay a monthly fee of +-R240 and that was enough to convince me as I would be saving quite a bit. After a few months I noticed there are 3 amounts being deducted and not one as agreed. There is a Transaction fee, Administration fee and the Monthly Account fee. My fees are way worse than they used to be and ridiculously much higher than agreed exceeding R1000 at times. This is not on and ABSA need to honor the agreement and not just add fees unagreed upon. I am really disappointed and crushed by this as it has become a costly exercise. My request is PLEASE look into this with URGENCY, rectify and refund all wrongly charged fees. PLEASE.
