Unaccetable service from Absa Risk

My brother was contacted numerous times by Absa Risk wrt to his vehicle. because of the nature of his job he is not able to take calls during office hours. After several attempts from ABSA to try and get hold of my brother, he eventually made contact with ABSA . An ABSA staff member visited our residence but unfortunately my brother wasn't home. The Person then handed my mother a letter which stated that ABSA was intending to repossess my brother's vehicle. That same evening my brother and I contacted the person who had delivered the letter and who was responsible for the account and we tried to gain clarity on the situation. According to ABSA my brother had missed a payment and only a portion of his installment went off on the 1st March due to insufficient funds available. We said this was impossible as my brother always ensures that he has sufficient funds in his account for his debit orders to go off. I told the gentleman that to make dead sure we would go to the bank the following day to draw a statement of his account to verify whether there was actually insufficient funds in my brother's account. When we drew the statement we noticed that on the day the debit order went off there was R11 000 available in the account but ABSA only debited R333.00. I then mailed the ABSA gentleman the next day and told him to please see statement attached and pointed out that there was more than enough funds in the account and clearly this was an oversight on ABSA's side. I then requested him to please investigate and revert back with feedback and if the fault lies with ABSA, I demand a written apology from ABSA to my brother. To date no one has contacted my brother with any feedback, yet ABSA was adamant to try and get hold of my brother and very quick to threaten repossession. This is unacceptable for ABSA to treat a client this way. Bing a former ABSA staff member, I completely understand that they were only following procedure but in this case ABSA was clearly in the wrong and for no one to take ownership of this oversight and to be forthcoming with feedback and an apology, is unacceptable.
