Unaccepted behaviour of absa trustees

Good day

My name is koketso Tsebe I have a serious problem with absa trust they are not willing to help me with anything they have my money from RAF since last year

I have requested absa to renovate my place i live with 11 people in a 4 room RDP 2 bedrooms we have to share a room with my other siblings i asked absa to renovate so that everyone can have their privacy they told me to go and make a house plan and qoutation and i did them sent those documents to them 2 months ago almost 3 months now and still there is no feedback can hellopeter help me terminate this absa trust because they are not willing to work with me this is the third time i complain about them i have a sick father who is diabatic and needs serious medication which we can't afford i need absa trust to release all my funds so that i can manage my own funds i am old enough i know how to take care of my own funds hellopeter please help me terminate this trust
