Unacceptable service
I have been banking with Absa for more than 30 years. And never had any issues until resent.
I went to 3 different Absa banks on 5 different days spending between 30 min and 90min each day and still they can't assist me to get a duplicate spousal cc. If the system is not online the consultant does not have access to do it or does not know how to do it.
This is unacceptable. I pay monthly a premium package and don't know where that money is going to.
O and when I phoned them they told me I can only do it in a branch....

Absa is really a bad bank and I would never recommend them for anyone. In fact I would influence my friends with Absa to change banks.
