Unacceptable service
I wanted to use my CC last night and it was blocked without warning. This was so embarrassing and humiliating. ABSA need to work on their communication skills. After calls I found out I need to send my RICA documents. can anyone please tell me why I need to RICA again if I Supp**** my Rica dOcs last year?

I app**** for the products to be combined and that would result in a monthly instalment of R3500 half of what I am paying now. I want to know if I can pay R7000 a month without fail why am I being denied the instalment of R3500? according to ABSA its affordability which makes no sense. So I can afford to pay the R7000 but not the reduced instalment.
