Unacceptable not to Update Consumer Profiles
Years ago I had a Virgin Money Credit Card which I paid for and closed. Months later I got a call from Virgin Money saying I owe them money as they allowed debits transaction to go through and someone didn't follow my instruction to close the account. I duly paid for the 2nd time and considered the matter closed and even got a letter to confirm. All this was in 2011. 2015, I request my credit profile and I'm listed as owning Virgin Money since 2012 and am in default by 240 months on Experian. It states on my profile I owe R3459. My credit profile with Transunion, XDS and Compuscan does not even appear because its that long ago. Why not Experian? Does it take 3 years to update someone else's profile on Experian. Non payment from a client means hounded like a dog by organisation like you. Now why don't you do what you are supposed to do and update consumer details? This negatively impacts on my profile as a non payer and sends a message I cannot pay my obligations. Update my profile with Experian and send me proof it has been DONE!
