Unacceptable Delay in Receiving New Credit Card

My credit card expired in February. I received a message from ABSA in January confirming that my new card had been issued and that the couriers would contact me soon. It is now 28 February and I still have not been contacted, almost a month after receiving that message. My card has now expired and I am unable to use my account. This is very disappointing service.
