Unacceptable Bad Service

I reported a claim to Absa Insurance on 10th February '17 after heavy rains where a 2 walls collapsed. They instructed a construction company to give a quotation. They only visted the property on the 18th February'17. I had to follow up on the claim 27 February'17 and only then they realized that they never appointed an acessor. On the 3rd March'17 they received the report from the acessor after many phone calls from myself. On the 6th March '17 I phoned again and they informed me that the claim was declined.

I requested a declined letter to confirm. Up to date I have not received the declined letter or any response from ABSA Insurance. The Insurance is compulsary and the property was bought with this wall. Telephonically they declined the claim because the wall was built poorly. If it was not for the large amount of rainwater the wall would still stand. My question is how do you see that an wall is poorly built? ABSA Insurance tried to get out of this without any paper work. Not once did they follow up when the insurance had to be taken that the walls was in good condition. Absa Insurance service is totally bad and unacceptable. I am considering to cancel my home insurance with ABSA.
