Unacceptable

I lodged a complaint on Hellopeter 2 weeks ago regarding my father T E Venters estate. We submitted a death certificate nearly 2 years ago and up till today we have not received any confirmation that the estate is being handled or that the process has even started. Their service is non existent and even using your platform has yielded no evidence that our matter has received any attention. As far as we can see they haven't even started the process. What do we need to do to get this matter attended. If it takes 2 years just to acknowledge us how long is the process hoing to take?!
