Unabridged certificate

My mother went to absa Ga-Rankuwa on friday to do fica for my little brother's account but she was told she need to make an unabridged certificate in other for fica n what is that. The are mothers who were ****d and dnt have fathers details or the father denied their children but what happens if its dat the case. You must remember its a bank not a phychology ward where u have to tell the host that u dnt have contact with the father of ur child for what ever reason. Absa must rectify that please
