Unable to withdraw from a foreign ATM

I have successfully used my virgin credit card to withdraw funds at foreign ATM's on previous overseas trips. As previously, I phoned the call centre before my trip and informed an agent of the dates and countries that I would be visiting. Unfortunately, I was unable to withdraw funds at two different ATM's during the holiday (both ATM's were attached to major local banks and had the MASTERCARD Logo). Luckily I was able to use my FNB card to withdraw funds. Just disappointed that a feature of the virgin card that I previously utilised with ease did not work this time. Needless to say, i wont be using the card on future trips.
