Unable to view statement
<p>I was emailed my statement and after following all the steps to open it there is an error, The actual HTML CODE for the statement is opening in visual studio (IT Development application) iv requested assistance but was just sent an email by Serisha Thandrand asking me to follow the steps again, I tried emailing them back to confirm there is still an issue with no reply, i then called the call centre who just pass me on to different departments, All i want to do is view my statement, Why is this an issue </p>
