Unable to use/register for online banking

This is madness (and I've spent over two hours in a branch just to hear them say it's odd and that they'll look into it). <br> <br> I've got an Absa credit card, which I can log into and use online. Check. <br> I've got an Absa savings account, which (despite being advertised, assured online, in email and in person that I can use it online) I can't use online. It's useless to me. <br> <br> I spent two hours at the Adderley branch to get it resolved, they called support, but still nothing. My \access account"will only show the credit card. Support (***) said it might be a division code issue (whatever that means)"
