Unable to use credit card

After multiple attempts to use my credit card for online purchases, I have given up on Absa's Titanium credit card. It has a new security feature called 3D secure, which is meant to send you a code which you enter online to confirm purchase. This code has never worked in the last 2 years despite countless phone calls to the call center, which has been on my phone bill. Even though they promised to escalate the situation and contact me back, this never happens. I even went as far as to get a new card but this still has not changed anything! <br> If you have a credit card, you expect to be able to use it. Even if something goes wrong, you expect it to be fixed. Does not seem like ABSA knows how this secure 3D actually works, so please do not waste your time on the Titanium credit card.
