Unable to transact with Debit card

I am very unhappy that i was unable to transact with my Cheque debit chip card as it was declining all my tranactions even though i just got paid( Im a staff member).<br> <br> As of Saturday afternoon i was not able to even withdraw any funds from my account. I am not sure at this stage if this error will also effect my debits running on the account( Old Mutual) as the funds is still available at present.<br> <br> Please sort out this mess as it is an inconvinience, I have to make time now to go into the branch to go sort out this mess.
