Unable to sovle Estate of GC Kotze

I complained about outstanding amount of R 2900.00 from my mothers Will. Absa reply after investigation is ,they admit the problem . But they are unable to pay or obtain the money from the tenant who paid to their lawyer the Pro-rata. If I don't accept it I am welcome to contact the Ombudsman . I tried to phone Paula van Graan,she doesn't answer. The attitude of Absa Bank stinks and they are not proud to satisfy their customers. They got their cut from the estate of my mother and stuff the rest . Do they expect me to go sort the tenant out because of unskilled personal not able to do their job proberly?
