Unable to provide most basic of services
I attempted to get a UT tax certificate from the online banking website, only to receive a bizarre and meaningless error message which should not be visible to customers.<br> Customer \service"told me to email bankconfirmations@absa to ask for a tax certificate.<br> When no response of any kind was received after 24 hours"
