Unable to ppen seconary on credit card
On 1 Feb i requested for a secondary card on my mastercard for my fiance... after being at the Grove and then Kolonade for 6 hrs later we were assured card would be ready 3 to 4 days. Now 7 days later the ABSA branch does not have reference of this. It seems that the 6 hrs was a waste of time last week and todays 2 hrs... Should i close my 6 accounts with ABSA after being with them sinxe 1982 and move to a bsnk which can assist and not a person's time? On month end at the Grove... they have staff on leave. I think this is real poor service.
