Unable to obtain registration documents after vehicle settlement

I settled my vehicle three days ago and have been emailing ABSA for the registration documents. When I phoned in I was told my account is locked and now I have to either go into the bank, or wait that someone eventually calls me. I was supposed to receive a call on 28 November, which did not happen, however on their side it shows that this supposed call was made. I am VERY unhappy. I have prematurely settled this account and now that this is done, I am unable to receive assistance from the provider. Not acceptable..
