unable to increase daily limits on app and online banking

I'm so annoyed right now!!!!! i recently opened an absa cheque account and now I want to increase my daily limits. I can't do it!!!!!!!!! I've called absa numerous times and all their solutions don't work. I tried several time on the app. Then used the laptop for online banking. After that my account was blocked due to ***** detection, then I had to call the ***** division which unblocked my account, was transferred back to general inquiries, but still I can't do a basic basic basic basic basic thing!!!!! jut to increase my limits so I can transfer money to my other bank accounts. If this does not get solved today, I'm closing this account as it's useless to me
