Unable to get paid up letter for Acount

I settled my bond with Absa and not able to get a paid up letter . I have tried calling the call centre. Downloading from the web or app (The account shows as error account closed) I have also requested from the Absa Allocated bond cancellation attorneys who are not able to provide me with a paid up letter.

I have now been requested to go into a branch which is completely inconvenient .
