Unable to get my full transaction history in a CSV format

<p>I have been a customer at ABSA since 1990. I have supported them from a business banking point of view as well as an individual. I have had to compile the financial statements for an non-profit organisation going back to 2004 but somehow cannot get my hands on a downloadable format other than PDF. I have logged queries with ABSA private bank, ABSA small business as well as the 08 ********** 0 number without any joy. I have been sent from pillar to post but cannot get this done. I have even gone as far as to purchase ADOBE ACROBAT to be able to convert the PDF's to another format but to put the cherry on top of it all ABSA's PDF format for archived statements are in such an ********** format once you convert it to EXCEL or WORD that you cannot even use that to compile an electronic format to work with.</p> <p>A global organisation which are unable to comply with such a simple request does not deserve to have 2% of the client base in South Africa.</p> <p>Other banks have given this information to me with out breaking a sweat...</p>
