Unable to get Motor Vehicle Registration Papers

What on earth is wrong with your call centers

I went to my absa branch on Friday 2nd September to get help with getting my motor vehicle registration

The lady at the help desk phoned the care center and I spoke to a gentleman who told me that he would email me a form so that I could request my registration form which is archived as I finished paying for vehicle in 2002.

He assured me that he would email me the correct form and it would be waiting for me when I got home

Well I got home and NO form had been emailed to me

Is it standard practice for the people at the call centers not to ever do what they say they they are going to do.

I then went to the customer feedback page on the ABSA website on Saterday the 3rd and sent in a complaint about this issue and also as usual I have had no acknowledgement from ABSA as of 3:50 PM Monday the 5th Sept

Can you PLEASE tell me how to get my Registration Papers from you as soon as possible
