Unable to get Letter of Good Character from ABSA
ABSA say they are unwilling to provide a Letter of Good Character to individuals and tell me that no bank does this. However, when my husband went to his bank (First National Bank) they were able to give him the letter without any issues. I've been an ABSA client since 2001 and didn't change to FNB when my husband suggested I do because they had better service and banking value - you STILL CHARGE FOR ONLINE BANKING when at FNB it is FREE!
